Chris is the mind behind the Juicy Meat Company’s creative process, from concept through to kitchen through to supermarket shelf. A highly experienced chef with 7 years experience in the food industry, Chris apprenticed at the 5* Savoy Hotel in London, and at Tom Kerridge’s Hand and Flowers, the first pub to be awarded two Michelin stars. Seeking a change in direction, Chris turned his attention towards the product development sector in 2017, and has worked on numerous new meat products for the retail sector. When not hard at work in the kitchen, Chris enjoys mountain biking and golf. He lives in Yorkshire with his wife and daughter.
