EXCEPTIONAL is the exciting new premium range from the Juicy Meat Company. Using the very best cuts – some widely known and beloved, a few lesser seen – our team have crafted a range which celebrates the highest tier of British meat.

For this range we have extended the dry ageing process to 35 days on some products to provide that little extra taste and texture – and have worked with dry ageing pork and lamb – products which are rarely treated to the dry-ageing process.
The EXCEPTIONAL range provides premium options for the lone diner looking for an indulgent steak dinner right through to extravagant Sunday roast options – all using our 100% British, high-welfare product.
EXCEPTIONAL RIB EYE STEAK - 35 DAY DRY AGED
Rib eye is a tender cut with a superb flavour from the succulent fat which runs through it. We’ve been dry aging ribs since the turn of the century – here we’ve given it 35 days to get that extra flavour.
EXCEPTIONAL SIRLOIN STEAK - 35 DAY DRY AGED
The sirloin is an outstanding, iconic cut which we have also been dry aging since we could remember – these steaks are cut from sirloins which have been given the 35 day treatment.
EXCEPTIONAL BEEF T BONE STEAK
The T-bone, a steak which is beloved stateside but less seen over here, consists of a T shaped cut from the loin - the tenderloin along with a strip steak - two for the price of one!
