Looking for a dish to show off our Organic Short Rib? This one is cooked slowly with a generous dash of bourbon and a touch of honey and five-spice.

We took a Southern turn on this one and served it with veal-fat waffles - but it would also be delicious with thin fries or sweet potato mash!

This beloved Malaysian dish, similar to a curry, sees chunks of meltingly tender beef matched with a caramelized coconut and lemongrass sauce. Try with coconut rice.
